Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the smartphone apps provided by K & M, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.

1. Use of the Apps
By using the apps, users agree to these Terms.

2. Prohibited Acts
Users must not violate laws or public order, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere improperly with the apps, or engage in other inappropriate acts determined by the Company.

3. Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of the apps.
Except where required by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the apps.

4. Changes
The Company may update these Terms when necessary.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

利用規約

本規約は、合同会社Ｋ＆Ｍが提供するスマートフォンアプリに適用されます。

1. 利用について
利用者は、アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. 禁止事項
利用者は、法令または公序良俗に反する行為、知的財産権を侵害する行為、アプリへの不正な干渉、その他当社が不適切と判断する行為をしてはなりません。

3. 免責
当社は、アプリの継続性、無停止性、無誤作動性を保証しません。
法令上認められない場合を除き、当社はアプリ利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。

4. 変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。

5. 準拠法・裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
