K & M, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (the "Company") handles information relating to users of its smartphone applications in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Company's current and future smartphone applications.
The third-party services used, the types of information handled, and the availability of advertising, analytics, login-related, or game-service features may vary depending on the app and version.

Information We Handle
The Company may handle information that is necessary for app operation, user support, analytics, advertising, login-related functions, game-service functions, security, fraud prevention, compliance, and service improvement.
Depending on the app, platform, version, and features used, information handled by the app or by third-party services may include device or app identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location information inferred from an IP address, app interaction information, diagnostic or performance information, game-service account information, gameplay or leaderboard information, and information that users voluntarily provide when contacting the Company for support or inquiries.
Some apps may ask users to select a broad age category, such as 12 or under, 13–17, or 18 or older. The selected age category may be stored locally on the user's device and used to apply age-appropriate advertising, consent, privacy, or related service settings. It may also be used to configure age-related settings or signals for third-party services used by the app. The Company does not request the user's exact date of birth or birth year for this purpose.
As a general rule, the Company does not intend to collect or store directly identifying information, such as a user's name or phone number, on its own servers unless doing so is necessary for user support, app functionality, security, or compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
Third-Party Services
The Company's apps may use third-party services including AdMob, Firebase, Meta-related services, ByteBrew, Google Play Games Services, and other platform, advertising, analytics, or game-related services.
The specific third-party services actually used may differ depending on the app and version.
When Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) is used, Google may process information including an IP address, approximate location inferred from the IP address, interactions with the app or advertisements, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, including an advertising identifier when it is available and permitted. Such information may be processed for purposes such as advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
When Google Play Games Services is used, Google may process gamer identity information such as a gamertag or avatar, analytics or diagnostic information, and game-service information generated through the features used by the app, including leaderboard scores, levels, or experience points.
Third-party service providers process information in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies, user settings, applicable platform requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
Advertising Identifiers and Related Data
Depending on the app, platform, version, user settings, and applicable requirements, an advertising identifier or related device information may be used.
Where applicable, such information may be processed for advertising or marketing, analytics or measurement, fraud prevention, security, compliance, or related purposes.
Depending on the platform, users may be able to reset, delete, or restrict an advertising identifier through their device or platform settings.
Advertising and related data processing may also be restricted based on factors including the user's region, age-related requirements, consent status, privacy choices, platform rules, and other applicable requirements.
Data Security and Retention
The Company takes reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled in order to protect user information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or similar risks.
Information transmitted to third-party services is protected in transit using security mechanisms provided by the applicable services, such as HTTPS or TLS where available.
Information stored locally by an app generally remains on the user's device until it is deleted using an available app or device function, the app's stored data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled, unless a particular feature requires different handling.
Information received directly by the Company for user support, privacy inquiries, legal matters, data deletion requests, or similar purposes is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, applicable legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution.
Information processed by third-party services is retained and deleted in accordance with the policies, settings, and user controls provided by the applicable third-party service.
Data Deletion Requests
Users who wish to request deletion of information handled by the Company's apps or information directly controlled by the Company may contact the Company using the contact information below.
The Company will handle such requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, contractual obligations, and platform rules.
Information processed by third-party services may also be managed or deleted by users through the controls provided by those services, where available.
For apps that use Google Play Games Services, applicable Play Games data may be managed or deleted through controls provided by Google, including the user's Google Play Games profile or Google Account, as applicable.

本ポリシーは、当社が現在提供しているスマートフォンアプリおよび今後提供するスマートフォンアプリに適用されます。

取り扱う情報
当社は、アプリの運営、利用者サポート、分析、広告、ログイン関連機能、ゲームサービス関連機能、セキュリティ、不正防止、法令・規約等への対応およびサービス改善に必要な情報を取り扱う場合があります。
アプリ、プラットフォーム、バージョンおよび利用する機能に応じて、アプリまたは第三者サービスが取り扱う情報には、端末またはアプリの識別子、広告識別子、IPアドレス、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報、アプリの操作情報、診断またはパフォーマンス情報、ゲームサービスのアカウント情報、ゲームプレイまたはランキングに関する情報、ならびにサポートやお問い合わせの際に利用者が任意で提供する情報などが含まれる場合があります。
一部のアプリでは、利用者に「12歳以下」「13～17歳」「18歳以上」などの大まかな年齢区分を選択していただく場合があります。選択された年齢区分に関する情報は、利用者の端末内に保存され、年齢に応じた広告、同意、プライバシーその他関連サービスの設定を適用するために利用される場合があります。また、アプリで利用する第三者サービスに対する年齢関連の設定またはシグナルを構成するために利用される場合があります。この目的のために、当社が利用者の正確な生年月日または出生年の入力を求めることはありません。
原則として、当社は、氏名や電話番号など利用者を直接識別する情報を、サポート対応、アプリの機能提供、セキュリティ上の必要性または適用される法令等への対応のために必要な場合を除き、当社自身のサーバーで収集または保存することを意図していません。
第三者サービス

広告識別子等
広告識別子または関連する端末情報は、アプリ、プラットフォーム、バージョン、利用者の設定および適用される要件に応じて利用される場合があります。
該当する場合、これらの情報は、広告またはマーケティング、分析または測定、不正防止、セキュリティ、法令・規約等への対応その他関連する目的で取り扱われる場合があります。
プラットフォームによっては、利用者が端末またはプラットフォームの設定から広告識別子をリセット、削除または制限できる場合があります。
また、広告および関連データの取り扱いは、利用者の地域、年齢に関連する要件、同意状況、プライバシー設定、プラットフォームルールその他適用される要件に応じて制限される場合があります。
データの安全管理および保存
当社は、取り扱う情報の性質に応じて合理的な安全管理措置を講じ、不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざん、滅失その他これらに類するリスクから利用者情報を保護するよう努めます。
第三者サービスへ送信される情報については、該当する場合、HTTPSやTLSなど、当該サービスが提供するセキュリティの仕組みによって通信時の保護が行われます。
アプリによって端末内に保存される情報は、特定の機能について異なる取扱いが必要な場合を除き、アプリまたは端末で利用可能な削除機能を利用する、アプリの保存データを削除する、またはアプリをアンインストールするまで、原則として端末内に保存されます。
サポート、プライバシーに関するお問い合わせ、法務対応、削除申請その他これらに類する目的で当社が直接受領した情報は、当該目的への対応、適用される法令上の義務、セキュリティまたは紛争対応等に合理的に必要な期間に限って保存します。
第三者サービスによって取り扱われる情報の保存期間および削除については、各第三者サービスのポリシー、設定および利用者向け管理機能に従います。
削除申請
当社アプリが取り扱う利用者情報または当社が直接管理する利用者情報の削除を希望される場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
当社は、適用される法令、規約、契約上の義務およびプラットフォームルールに従って対応します。
第三者サービスによって取り扱われる情報については、利用可能な場合、当該サービスが提供する管理機能を利用して、利用者自身が管理または削除できる場合があります。
Google Play Games Servicesを利用するアプリについては、該当するPlay Gamesデータを、Googleが提供するGoogle Play GamesプロフィールまたはGoogleアカウントなどの管理機能から管理または削除できる場合があります。
